Duncan Smith is the Deputy Head of Fraud Investigations at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, and previously served as an Investigator at the World Bank in Washington DC.
His book, Promoting Integrity in the Work of International Organisations: Minimising Fraud and Corruption in Projects, unravels the risks of fraud and corruption in projects financed by Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and how these organizations tackle those risks.
