Built by practitioners for practitioners

The one-stop shop integrity, ethics and oversight professionals have been missing.

Investigations, ethics, legal, staff relations, audit, compliance. One of the most specialized professional communities in the international system and, until now, no dedicated platform for the people who work in it.

The job board. The knowledge base. The career resources. The policy directory. The events calendar. All of it built specifically for integrity, ethics and oversight professionals, and nowhere else.

Brought to you by the creator of the newsletter read every week by 1,650+ integrity, ethics and oversight professionals across the globe.

The Problem

You are doing this the hard way. You don't have to.

Finding relevant opportunities in this field means manually checking dozens of institutional websites, building alert stacks that mostly deliver noise, and hoping you haven't missed a role that disappeared in two days. Aggregators sound like a solution until you search "integrity" or "ethics" and get every posting that mentions either word anywhere in the document — which, in this sector, is almost all of them.

The knowledge that actually matters for practitioners — on investigations methodology, whistleblower protection, international administrative law, oversight frameworks — is produced inside institutions and occasionally surfaces at annual conferences. It almost never reaches the people who need it most in an organized, accessible form.

The unwritten rules of how international organizations recruit, how competency frameworks are actually applied, how people move from consultant to staff or into management. These are rarely written down anywhere. Not in job postings. Not in competency guides. Not in anything a career coach has published, because most career coaches have never worked inside these institutions.

Integrity Career Institute (ICI) exists because professionals dedicated to fighting fraud and corruption, eliminating sexual misconduct, and promoting safe workplaces deserve better infrastructure and support.

What's Inside

5 spaces. 1 platform. Everything this field has been missing.

Here is what membership looks like across your week in practice.

  1. Monday morning: you open the Job Corner and scan what's new. Every role relevant to your work, updated daily, flagged by deadline. No filtering out irrelevant listings. No checking back across a dozen sites. Five minutes and you have the full picture.
  2. Tuesday evening: while preparing for a job interview, you pull up the Career Desk and find a resource on how to structure your answers to competency-based questions, what selection panels in these institutions are actually listening for, and how to frame your experience in the language that lands. Written by someone who has passed interviews and led them.
  3. Wednesday meeting: you're appointed to a working group tasked with revising your organization's whistleblower protection framework. You go to the Policy Library, pull up the official policies of a dozen peer institutions, and walk into that first meeting already knowing how the field approaches it.
  4. Thursday lunch break: a colleague asks about learning and networking opportunities. You show them the Event Board and, together, you find an upcoming conference in your city next month and a free online training you can do anytime. No more learning about the right events after they've happened or getting outdated training recommendations from ChatGPT.
  5. Friday afternoon: you open the Knowledge Nook and read the week's new analysis. Not career advice — substantive, practitioner-level insight on investigations methodology, oversight trends, emerging issues in the field. The kind of material that makes you better at the work itself, written by practitioners, for practitioners.

That is what it looks like when you have the infrastructure you should have had years ago.

The best tool to consult daily for any professional working in this complex field.

Job Corner

A daily-updated, curated board of integrity, ethics and oversight roles across 50+ institutions.

Only roles in your field

Every listing is in integrity, ethics and oversight across international organizations and INGOs. No filtering, no noise, no spending 20 minutes reading the description to realize a role isn't relevant.

One board instead of a dozen alerts

Opportunities sourced across 50+ institutions, posted in one searchable, organized board. No more monitoring multiple sites, building alert stacks that return mostly irrelevant results, and losing hours to a process that should take minutes.

UN Secretariat, World Bank, ADB, WFP, Global Fund…

Never miss a deadline

The board is updated daily and roles are flagged as they approach their closing date. Always current, always verified.

Career Desk

The insider knowledge on recruitment & career development in IOs.

The unwritten rules, finally written down

How institutions actually recruit. What selection panels are truly listening for. How to advance from consultant to staff, from officer to manager. All from someone who has navigated these transitions, without connections.

Built for this sector specifically

Career guidance articles, training and coaching calibrated to integrity, ethics and oversight in international organizations. Not generic advice that doesn't translate to how these institutions think and operate.

Early, discounted access to learning programs

Exclusive early access and discounted pricing on upcoming courses, events, and coaching programs as they become available.

Event Board

A live calendar of conferences, webinars, and training programs worldwide.

Only what matters in this field

Every listing is in integrity, ethics and oversight, sourced from across the international system as events are announced. Not a general events feed you have to sift through to find the few that concern your work.

Plan ahead without the legwork

No more learning about a relevant conference after it happened, or discovering a training after registration closed. Plan networking and learning opportunities ahead for yourself and/or your team.

Find what fits the week you actually have

Filter by type, format and month — a multi-day conference worth travelling for, a one-hour webinar between meetings, or a training program to budget for next quarter.

Knowledge Nook

A permanent, searchable library of practitioner-level analysis on integrity, ethics and oversight work.

Insights for practitioners, not academics

Three years of weekly analysis on investigations, whistleblower protection, international administrative law, and oversight trends — written from inside the profession, not from a distance.

Everything organized and searchable

100+ resources indexed and searchable by topic. Not an archive you have to scroll through, but a library you return to when you need it, and actually find what you came for.

New insights every week

The library grows continuously, shaped in part by the questions and challenges members bring. What matters to practitioners in this work shapes what gets written next.

Policy Library

A curated directory of official policy & procedure documents that govern this field.

250+ policies scattered now organized and a click-away

Direct links to the official integrity, ethics and oversight policy documents of 50+ international organizations — sanctions procedures, investigation guidelines, whistleblower protection frameworks, disciplinary rules — organized so you can find what you need without roaming across institutional websites.

50+ sources across the international system

Ranging from international development and humanitarian organizations to scientific and financial institutions.

One place instead of fifty

When you need to benchmark or understand how one organization handles a specific issue, this is where you go first.

On the horizon

Community Hub

A professional home for practitioners to connect, exchange and think through the challenges of this work together.

In development, and expected to include:

Monthly calls

Every month, members will join a live call to ask questions and exchange experience with peers doing the same work. Open Q&A meets themed discussion, hosted by the ICI Founder.

Member profiles and searchable directory

You will be able to build a profile that reflects your functional area, region, specialization, and career stage, and search the directory to find peers working in the same region or on the same issues.

Discussion groups

Dedicated spaces organized by functional area, region, and topic of interest, where members will be able to ask questions, share resources, and learn from each other.

Who built this

Built by someone who has lived this problem.

Sârra-Tilila Bounfour (opens in a new tab) spent 15 years working across integrity investigations, international dispute resolution, and oversight advisory work — in private practice, at the World Bank Group's Integrity Vice Presidency, at the World Food Programme's Legal Office, and through STB Integrity (opens in a new tab), her consulting practice for international organizations.

Every space inside this platform exists because she needed it and it didn't. The job board, because hunting for roles in this field meant hours across dozens of institutional websites with no reliable way to capture everything.

The career resources, because she made every major transition in this field — from private practice to the World Bank, from the World Bank to the UN system, into consulting — without connections, and learned what actually works.

The knowledge library and policy directory, because the analysis and documentation that practitioners need most is rarely organized anywhere it can actually be found.

Three years of weekly newsletter. 1,650+ professionals reading it every week. This platform is what comes next.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you might want to know.

Integrity Career Institute is a subscription platform built for professionals working in or moving into integrity, ethics and oversight. That includes investigations, audit, ethics, staff relations, disciplinary, legal, and compliance roles in multilateral organizations — UN system and agencies, multilateral development banks, and other international financial, development, humanitarian, and scientific organizations — and international NGOs. It brings together a curated job board, a searchable knowledge library, practical career resources, a policy directory, and an events calendar — all built specifically for this sector.

This platform is for professionals at any stage of their career in integrity, ethics and oversight in international organizations or international NGOs. It is also for professionals in national or private sector roles looking to move into the international organizations space — people who want to understand how integrity, ethics and oversight actually works, and how recruitment and career progression function inside these institutions.

The Job Corner is a curated board of roles across 50+ institutions, updated daily. The board is searchable and organized by location and functional area. Roles approaching their deadline are flagged. Every listing is verified and relevant to this field specifically.

Because the roles are findable, but only if you already know where to look and you look often. Integrity, ethics and oversight positions are scattered across dozens of institutional career pages, each with its own system and its own alert quirks, and many close within days. General boards and aggregators return everything that mentions the words 'integrity' or 'ethics' anywhere in a document, which in this sector is almost every posting. The Job Corner is the same field, curated: every listing verified and relevant, in one searchable place, updated daily and flagged by deadline. And it is one of five spaces — the knowledge library, career resources, policy directory and events calendar do not exist anywhere else at all, for any price.

The Career Desk covers the practical knowledge professionals in this sector need but rarely find in one place: how international organizations actually recruit, how competency frameworks are applied in practice, how to navigate internal mobility, and how to build a career with intention rather than guesswork. Members also receive exclusive early access and discounted pricing on career development courses and coaching programs as they become available.

The Knowledge Nook is a permanent, searchable library of analysis, commentary, and practical guidance on integrity, ethics and oversight work. It includes over 100 articles from the Integrity Career Institute newsletter (2023–2026), fully organized and indexed, plus new material added every week. Topics include investigations methodology, whistleblower protection, international administrative law, oversight and accountability frameworks, and more.

The Event Board is a curated calendar of conferences, webinars, and training programs relevant to integrity, ethics and oversight professionals: in-person, online, and hybrid, from across the globe. It is updated continuously as events are announced.

The Policy Library is a curated directory of official integrity, ethics and oversight policy and procedure documents from international organizations across the globe — spanning development, humanitarian, financial, and scientific institutions. It provides direct links to 250+ official policy documents from 50+ international organizations, organized and searchable, so members can find the policies governing this work without hunting across institutional websites.

The Community Hub is in the works. It will be a professional gathering space for integrity, ethics and oversight practitioners. Right now, it is expected to include monthly calls, member profiles, and discussion groups by specialty and region. But features and content may evolve based on what members want and details will be shared with them as the platform grows.

Both memberships give you full access to the platform. Monthly membership is billed each month. Annual membership is billed once a year. Founding Membership is annual only: the founding rate of €95/year is guaranteed for your first two years of continuous membership, after which the standard annual price of €190/year applies. Monthly membership (€19/month) becomes available at standard pricing once the platform launches on 22 September 2026.

Yes. Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No notice period, no cancellation fees, no hoops. Your access continues until your billing period ends and you will not be charged again after that.

Stripe, which processes all memberships, automatically emails a receipt for every payment to the email address you use at checkout. These receipts include all the details typically required for professional development reimbursement. If your employer requires a formal invoice, contact us and we will provide one. And if you don't receive the email receipt, you can retrieve it via your ICI account page.

Founding Member pricing closes on 21 September 2026 and is exclusively available to newsletter subscribers during that window. Anyone joining afterwards will be on standard pricing: €19/month or €190/year. If the platform is on your radar, joining before the deadline is the only way to get the founding rate.

The members' area opens on 22 September 2026. If you join during the founding window, your membership is set up and waiting — you are among the first people on the platform the moment it opens.
